US Partnerships Analyst

The role: Partnerships Analyst (US)

The Partnerships Analyst will join the existing 2-person Partnerships team to help acquire, manage and grow the firm’s strategic partner ecosystem. The role will require juggling across multiple workstreams with partners and UK colleagues.The role is an excellent opportunity to build additional experience in sales, marketing and partnerships within a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for: Requirements

• 1-3 years of commercial experience in a B2B environment

• Experience working with institutional clients and partners

• Familiarity with institutional cash management a plus

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field

Core Skills:

• Strong relationship management and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

• Comfort and experience using AI tools, G-suite, Notion, Slack, CRM software

• Basic financial services literacy a must

• Strong work ethic to help support the company’s ambitious growth goals

• Collaborative mindset, working effectively across US and UK teams

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of partnerships, including building trusted relationships with partners and prospective partners at various levels

• Help prepare materials and reports for internal meetings and partner reviews

• Ensure consistent tracking of partner pipeline and follow-up cadence

• Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams across the business

• Support Partnerships team with day-to-day tasks
